This colourful Rainbow Cake was made for a special birthday girl. It is eight cake layers of vanilla buttercream coloured; red, pink, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue and purple. Each coloured cake is layered with white chocolate vanilla buttercream. The whole cake then covered completely in the icing, so that when you cut it open there is the whole array of colours in each slice. The cake is then topped with a fondant rainbow resting on clouds.
