This Rose Cake was made for a 40th birthday party. It is a triple layered chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate buttercream. The roses are made from a white chocolate buttercream in fuchsia, pretty pink and pale pink. All the roses are hand piped and decorated in an ombre effect.
